Windsurfing Trip 1 - Victoria Day long weekend

Our windsurfing trip plan includes several planning/prep sessions leading up to the trip and for wrapping-up.

A nominal Club Trip Fee is required for all members who will be using club gear on the trip, but is waived for TWO (2) volunteer trip co-leaders and for those who already have a High Wind Pass.  Contact the Director (windsurfing@clublocarno.com) to be a trip leader.

In any case, whether you need to use club gear (or not), please register so there's a sense of how many members will be in the trip.

Key Dates:

• Mon Apr 22 - Trip Registration Opens (up until Wed May 12)
• Wed May 1 @ 6pm - Trip-Planning Meeting (How to Plan a Windsurfing Trip!)
• Wed May 8 @ 6pm - Rigging & Transport Clinic (Rigging, Transport, and Trip Planning)
• Wed May 15 @ 6pm - Pre-Trip Workparty (Mandatory, if you are using club gear)
• Fri May 17 @ 8am - Leave on Friday
• Wed May 22 @ 6pm - Post-Trip Workparty & BBQ/Social

Registration types:

Please register for the trip based on the type of club's windsurfing boards you believe you need for the trip. Registration is limited based on the number and type of boards that are approved for use on the trip. There are also registration types for members who own their own gear or are planning to rent gear on-site (e.g., at Hood River's retail/rental shops), and for members who are not planning to windsurf.  Guests can accompany members on trips but cannot use club gear.
