Kayak Trip Planning/ Leading Workshop

Planning a kayak trip this summer but not sure where to begin?  Never done an overnight trip?  Or are you an experienced kayak tripper who'd like to lead trips for the club?

Join us for a trip planning/ leading workshop to share ideas and learn something new. 

Agenda will include:

• Selecting and evaluating a route;
• Trip logistics and transportation;
• Weather, tides, currents;
• Online resources;
• Club resources;
• Responsibilities of the leader;
• Dealing with issues on, before or after a trip;
• Trip ideas in BC
