Rowing Lessons Level One - Group 3

                Introduction to Rowing Lessons. 

These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. It is open to non-members.  Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land, and row on your own.

Four two hour classes.

Meet at the Club Locarno rowing shed which is located at the East end of the Jericho compound (near the Windsure hut).

Bring a wetsuit for the second lesson. You will need to perform a self-rescue in the ocean in the second lesson. (Don't be nervous... everyone can do it!)
