This is a member run weekly get fit Tuesday paddle. A great chance to make friends. We will launch from the beach at 6.45pm sharp! So, aim to meet at 6:30pm to get organized. We will paddle for an hour or so aiming for a point and going as fast or as slow as you need. The group may split depending on speed and experience but there is no pressure to keep up just go at your own pace. We hope to build a community of paddlers who like to keep fit, perhaps with the goal of boosting each other to take part in races. These socials will be supported with lessons to improve technique throughout the summer. The first lesson of the season is on May 14th.
Please register for the event, and cancel if you can't make it. There is no leader, so please check others are registered before turning up, unless you're happy to paddle alone.
We'll paddle for an hour or so depending on the group, feel free to leave at any point if you are tired and then to the patio for drinks and food.
