Kayak Fleet Planning: We'd love to hear your feedback on kayak and surfski fleets, and your suggestions for new additions to the fleet and other changes in 2022.
In this meeting we'll focus on:
- summary of the fleet use for 2021
- summary of the condition of the boats
- which boats we might sell
- what style of boat we might purchase as replacements
We're having the fleet planning early so we can take advantage of any discounts available for early boat orders.
We will have a second fleet planning meeting in December to review the use of the fleets, equipment purchases and start planning for next year.
This will be an online meeting using Google Meet. Meeting link will be posted in the Club Locarno Kayak & Surfski Slack channel
