Rowing Lessons Level One - Group 5

                Introduction to Rowing Lessons. 

These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. It is open to the public, as well as to Club Locarno members.  Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land, and row on your own.

Four, two-hour classes, on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Meet at the Club Locarno rowing shed which is located at the East end of the Jericho compound (near the Windsure hut).

If you wish, bring a wetsuit for the second lesson. During that class you will need to perform a self-rescue in the ocean. (Don't be nervous... everyone can do it!)
