Get Fit for Summer Fun on the Water - Session 2

Are you looking to kickstart your health & fitness goals? Or, maybe you’re looking for a new sweat activity? Wherever you are in your fitness journey, we have just the session for you. Fusion Fitness is excited to run three boot camps exclusively for Club Locarno members! These 1 hour sessions include a variety of strength training exercises to get you ready for water sport season. Yes, there may be a few burpees along the way. 

We welcome all fitness levels. For each session you’ll need to bring the following: 

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat or towel 

  • Running shoes 

Get ready to have fun and sweat! There will also be some good tunes along the way to inspire your workout. Don’t forget your sunscreen. We will be outside on the grassy area between Jericho and Locarno beach (weather permitting). Or in the Hangar if there's a lot of rain. We will meet at the entrance to the Jericho Sailing Centre.

After class, we welcome you to join us for coffee/brunch/nibbles and social time at the Galley Patio or Diced Discovery Cafe.

Classes will be led by Fusion Fitness coach Meghan Lappan! Meghan enjoyed many sports growing up, but her true passion was water polo. She received a scholarship to play Division I water polo at Indiana University in the US. After completing her undergraduate degree, Meghan received a scholarship to play varsity water polo at Durham University in the UK, where she also coached the team. She received her MSc.
