Full Moon Social Paddle
Celebrate the full moon with a twilight paddle with friends. The sun sets at 8:37pm, moon rise is 8:34pm.
Late evening paddle to catch the full moon. Meet at 7:00pm (for 7:30pm launch). OK, full moon is actually Thursday but we'll stick with the Wednesday social schedule.
We'll plan to be on the water 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, so we'll be getting back 9:30-10:00pm.
We will probably head out to the second dolphin, red bell or perhaps the yellow wave machine - depending on the weather conditions and the strength of the group. We will paddle together as a group.
You MUST bring a water proof light or headlamp
Feel free to gather on the beach for a social after cleaning and storing the equipment.
Make sure you have a key to re-enter the compound after 9 pm.
Note: This event is weather dependent. Watch the Kayak Slack Channel for last minute changes. We will cancel if there is heavy cloud cover or rain.
