The advanced clinics are for those who are comfortable with the basics and want to improve their technique. Each clinic will be of 2 hours duration and cover a particular aspect of the stroke.
The Finish:
The finish of the stroke is the final movement in rowing that gives a boat speed. After this part of the stroke, the oars come off the water and the boat runs as you set up for the next stroke.
Learn techniques to polish this important aspect of your stroke.
One class:
Saturday June 2nd 0900 to 1100
Fee: $15
