The advanced clinics are for those who are comfortable with the basics and want to improve their technique. Each clinic will be of 2 hours duration and cover a particular aspect of the stroke.

The Catch:

A part of the stroke that rowers spend a lifetime trying to master. Will introduce specific drills including: Russian catch drill and reverse ratio drill.
