Lead a small team to adjust the Windsurf sail hangar hooks

Problem

The Windsurf sail hangar hooks are too low, meaning that large sails (>6m) do not hang correctly and are difficult to maneuver.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan what is needed, how many people and a working-party date

2. Work with Windsurf director to advertise for volunteers

3. Lead the working party
