Kayak and Surfski Fleet Planning:  We'd love to hear your feedback on kayak and surfski fleets - how the 2023 season went - and your suggestions for new additions to the fleet and other changes for 2024. 

In this meeting we'll focus on:

• Review of 2023
• • summary of the fleet use
  • summary of the condition of the boats
  • trips and lessons
• which boats we might sell
• what style of boat we might purchase as replacements
  
• equipment purchases (paddles, spray skirts, etc.)
• events for 2024 - trips, social kayaks, socials
• training and workshops for 2024

This will be an online meeting using Zoom. Meeting link will also be posted in the Club Locarno Kayak & Surfski Slack channel before the meeting
