Fall Work Party SUP Fleet

Please join us for a fall work party to carry out cleaning, maintenance and prepare the SUP fleet for winter. Some of the things we can do:

• wash and clean the paddle boards
• check to see if the paddles need any minor repairs
• check the leashes for wear and tear, do some need a "hot water" treatment to make them springy again, as per the video Michelle shared earlier this year:)
• make a list of repairs needed to SUP deck pads or exteriors and arrange repair clinics for any interested members to learn repair skills for our fleet
• share stories and adventures from the summer season

We'll be working together with kayak fleet members to clean and organize our shared shed. If you belong to both fleets, don't miss this chance to accomplish two volunteer goals at once!

Expect lots of socializing while we work! We are planning to share some food once we're done, perhaps another delicious pizza lunch (similar to the spring work party).
