Fall General Meeting 2024

Please join us at our fall General Meeting.  The purposes of this meeting are to

• provide a brief recap of the season
• confirm our leadership team for next year, and
• discuss and vote on capital requests, in order to place orders now for next season

This meeting will be online on Zoom - you will receive a link for the meeting in your confirmation email upon registration. 

This notification is also the official call for nominations for the board.  We are a working board - each member is a director of our not-for-profit society and in addition has specific responsibilities for helping to operate some aspect of the club.

If you are interested in volunteering for a board position, please submit your nomination by replying to this message as soon as possible - we will contact you to provide more information. The call for volunteers/nominations will close on Thursday October 31, 2024.
