Rowing Lessons: Introductory Group 3

                Introduction to Coastal Rowing 

These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. It is open to the public, as well as to Club Locarno members. Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land, and row on your own.

Meet at the Club Locarno rowing shed, located at the East end of the Jericho compound (near the Windsure hut).

Your instructor will choose a class at which you will need to perform a self-rescue. (Don't be nervous... everyone can do it!), so, if you wish, bring a wetsuit for that one.
