Kayak and Surfski Fleet Planning:  We'd love to hear your feedback on kayak and surfski fleets. How the last season went and your suggestions for new additions to the fleet and other changes for the up coming season. 

In this meeting we'll focus on:

• Review of last season
• • summary of the fleet use
  • summary of the condition of the boats
  • trips and lessons
• which boats we might sell
• what style of boat we might purchase as replacements
  
• equipment purchases (paddles, spray skirts, etc.)
• events for next season - trips, social kayaks, socials
• training and workshops for next season
