Rowing Introductory Lessons. These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land and row on your own.

Four classes:
Saturday October 4 1530 to 1730
Saturday October 11 1000 to 1200
Saturday October 18 1000 to 1200

Saturday October 25 1000 to 1200

Bring a wetsuit for the first lesson. You will need to perform a self-rescue at the end of the first lesson
