Rowing Introductory Lessons. These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land and row on your own.
Three classes:
Tuesday August 12 1800 to 2000
Friday August 15 1800 to 2000
Tuesday August 19 1800 to 2000
Friday August 22 1800 to 2000
Bring a wetsuit for the first lesson. You will need to perform a self-rescue at the end of the first lesson
